This is an urban property sitting directly on the corner of Dodge and 35th St. This is in the heart of Midtown and there is some ambient noise from Dodge St. traffic during high traffic times. We do provide white noise machines if you are sensitive to sound and feel that you need to drown out any noise. We do not allow parties or events. If there is evidence of a party we will prosecute and charge a party fee of $3000 to $5000. Re Key Fee: $200
